Golden Caribbean rum, freshly pasteurised lime juice, soft organic demerara sugar syrup roughly shaken with cracked ice and served straight up. Also available in strawberry.

Your choice of export strength London Dry Gin or premium vodka & Dolin dry vermouth expertly blended and served with your choice of lemon, grapefruit peel, speared olive or edible flowers.

Clover Club Martini
London Dry Gin, Peychauds bitters and fresh raspberries heavily shaken with egg white, lemon juice and sugar until foamy. Perfect served straight up as one of our frosted martinis.

French Martini
A stunning blend of vodka and chambord black raspberry liquer, heavily shaken until foamy with fresh pineapple juice. Served with fresh raspberries.

Classic / Fruit Margarita
