  • Can I pick any cocktails from your menu?
    Packages include a select range of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. These are easily upgraded to include any additional services or products, get in touch to find out more!
  • We also need wine, beer and a soft drink selection. Can you supply this?"
    We have a range of wine, beer, prosecco and champagne available. We can also provide a selection of tasty mocktail packages and soft drinks to choose from.
  • We already have wine, beer and soft drinks. Can you serve this for us on the day?"
    We are more than happy to help, let us know if you require additional ice / buckets to chill drinks on the day.
  • Can we request drinks not on the menu?
    Our menu is just an example of what we can provide, our bartenders have over 18 years combined experience in shaking up drinks. Let us know if you want something extra special.
  • How much time do you require to set up and clean down?
    This can vary, but on average we require 1 hour to setup the bar and 1 hour to clean down at the end of the night. We always leave the area as it was provided.
  • What is a Cocktail Tree reception?
    A selection of arrival cocktails, served on a bespoke cocktail tree each holding up to 12 drinks. We can also discuss custom decoration and design of each tree to match your event or venue.
  • What is Co2 frosted glassware? Is it safe?
    We use liquid CO2 (carbon dioxide) to super chill glasses before serving a cocktail. It looks frosted and provides ice cold glassware, in turn keeping your drink colder for longer. CO2 frosted glassware is completely safe, but requires a well ventilated space to operate.
  • Are packages flexible? Can I remove services or reduce timecales?
    We understand every event is different, and we are always happy to create a bespoke package that works around your requirements. Get in touch to find out more!
  • Can I add cocktails to a package? How much extra would it cost?
    We offer a reduced rate on additional pre-purchased cocktails with any package. We also supply a mocktail upgrade option if you would like to include a range of non-alchoholic cocktails.
  • Is there a deposit?
    Yes, we charge a 30% deposit (to cover stock requirements) on all events. This is refundable in the case of cancellation up to 14 days before the booked date and is deducted from your final invoice.
  • Are there any additional costs?
    Our packages are all inclusive unless you decide to add or extend a service. Transport is inclusive up to 100 miles from our headquarters in Oxford.
  • I have 100 or more guests at my event, do you provide discount for larger functions?"
    Yes, we are happy to be able to provide a reduced rate on larger packages. Get in touch with our team to find out more.
